5Good Tarp
By Truth Be Told
This is a good tarp for under $8 dollars compared to paying $10 dollars at UHAL. The tarp is thin but woven tightly together and the plastic is laminated. This means it provides excellent protection from rain and water. Although this tarp has UV protection, if you plan to use it in direct sunlight for a long period of time after some time it will begin to deteriorate. All in all I am happy with the tarp.

Edit: its been two months since I have had these outside in direct sun light and rain and they are still in great shape. I also bought a tarp from harbor freight at the same time and that has already started loosing color. So the uv protection on this tarp really does make a difference. I use these to cover my motorcycle, and with all the rain we have been having here the bike has stayed dry. When the tarp finally begins to fall apart I will update my review.

Update: After 9 months of rain and sun the tarp has begun to deteriorate. It has become brit tle and rips easily. At the time I bought these they were under $8.00 and well worth it. Now I see the price has doubled. My local home depot has the same size tarp but different maker for $10.00. So you might try your local home depot or lowes first it might be cheaper.

5Good tarp, price is right.
By Michael Maryland
Another reviewer dropped a star off of their review because this tarp was thinner than they expected. It is indeed, thinner than I expected, however I also think it is much stronger than the width would suggest. The fibers are tightly woven. I got the feeling when i used this tarp that this is how better tarps are made now, thinner and stronger. I could be wrong, but either way this thing isn't going to be ripping or tearing anytime soon. If you need a tarp, you don't need to look anywhere else unless you need a different size.

4Good, but thinner than I expected
By Tedd
This is a good tarp, but it is thinner than I expected. The description of the product is accurate, but I mistakenly though it would be thicker. I am using it for a painting drop cloth, but I don't think it will hold up well to foot traffic.

It has been waterproof and is lightweight and flexible. If you need this for a covering, it would work perfectly well.

The seams and grommets are all fairly heavy-duty, so that is not an area of concern with this tarp. For what it is, it's quite good.
