Great Mirrors!

Very cool mirrors; they look good inside and out and work well. It's easy to forget they're not factory. Great design, no vibration and no scratches on factory mirror painted surfaces. Mirrors adjust up/down, in/out. Perfect fit on my 07 2500 LTZ with power-folding mirrors. BTW, power-folding still works with mirrors attached.

OK but not great improvement

Easy and straight forward installation. Padded "wedges" with set screws actually hold the the towing mirrors to the factory installed mirrors. There is a risk that the "wedges" and set screws could be lost when the mirrors are not installed which would render it pretty much useless. These add ons also increase the length of the factory mirror by about 10-12 inches which makes you a little cautious on narrow roads/bridges. I found only marginal increase in field of view as opposed to just the factory mirrors alone, maybe an additional 10 or 15 percent. I also found that the right,(passenger side) mirror is a magnifier ("things may appear closer")so it took me some getting used to. The mountings aren't exceptionally stable so the mirrors vibrate which affects the visual clarity. If you have stock mirrors these may not be the improvement you are looking for but without changing out the factory mirrors all together there may not be many other better alternatives.

Perfect fit

These mirrors fit perfectly over my standard 2008 Suburban mirrors and look like OEM. They added just enough to see past my 8 foot wide travel trailer and the power fold in feature of my truck still works with them attached. Attachment is simple and will not harm the existing mirrors. The Amazon web site has a compatability feature which says they would not fit my vehicle, but don't trust it. I went to manufacture's web site to find the exact model number for my truck and then came back to Amazon to find it at the best price. Product is perfect. Amazon compatability feature sucks.
